Return Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your products, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
-swim wear/swimsuit
-undergarments/intimate apparel
-health and personal care items
-customized/personalized items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds can be granted (if applicable):
-any returned item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
-any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturing location. Package your returns well to ensure that your items will not be damaged in transit.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received this. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request for refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet after confirmation that this has been issued, we request that you do the following:
-check your bank account again
-contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
-contact your bank for oftentimes, there is a processing time before a refund is posted
-if you’ve done all of the above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@Enduraged.com

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@Enduraged.com and our Customer Support Team will be ready to assist.

Exchanges do not apply for swim wear/swimsuit and undergarments or intimate apparel due to health and safety standards. All sales are final on health/personal care items and customized/personalized items.

Please note, we may need photos or videos to support your request for refund or exchange.

Return Shipping
To return a product, please email our Customer Support Team at contact@Enduraged.com for assistance. Enduraged will not be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returned items. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Should a refund be processed, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refundable amount.

The time it may take for an exchanged product to be successfully delivered may vary per destination country. If the items to be shipped back costs $75 or more, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Enduraged do not guarantee receipt of returned items.

Important:

The Return and Exchange Policy only applies to products with factory defects, imperfections due to the seller’s negligence, and incorrect items delivered. All items that are rendered defective due to a buyer’s mishandling or those that are exchanged for a different color, size or design are exempted. Here are some tips for guidance:

1. Choose the right size—We would highly recommend of you checking our size chart for the measurements. If you are used to purchasing a specific size using other brand size's chart, we recommend that you compare the number of centimeters/inches on each brand and check which size of ours corresponds to theirs. For easy reference, check out the size chart which you will find in the product description of an item you are interested in. 2. Get the right color—Some products come in different colors. Be sure to choose the correct color variation in the dropdown before you proceed to checkout or confirm the details of your order prior to completing your purchase.

3. Pick the right design—As fashion becomes more and more varied and moves away from the traditional black or grey of the past, and while a fashion faux pas may embarrass you for a moment, this makes choosing the right ones a harder process. Please check out the product description of a design you are interested in to know more about the item and its composition.
